About
The contemporary circus performance An attempt at a room (slo. Poskus sobe) was inspired by the life and poetry of the controversial Russian poet, writer and playwright Marina Tsvetaeva. The author of the performance, Danijela Zajc, tries to actualize and digest the difficult life of Cvetaeva, burdened by the spirit of wartime, migration and poverty. The performance tries to weave feelings, facts, actions, stories, poetry, tragedy and much more through movement on aerial ropes, vertical dance, poetry and performance.

TECHNICAL NEEDS
Performance is appropriate for indoor execution. It includes aerial rigging which is fixed on the bottom with static ropes.
- ideally we need black box stage with 5m+ hight
- rigging is made in three lines on stage
- rigging needs to have fix points in the air – 3 in the back, one in middle in 3 in front line ( if 3 lines of fixed rigging are available, rigging points can be adopted to the room)

- all rigging points are fixed in the floor with static rope or on the wall which can be reached if standing on the floor (so all used elements can be lifted in the air and attached safely)

Pokaže ti, da se je svoje teme mogoče zavedati, jo občutiti, se vanjo za trenutek poglobiti in jo po predstavi s cmokom v grlu znova potlačiti do prihodnjič.
